Local History museum
You now walk across the car park behind the townhall. There you find the Eulenburg . This castle is from the 15 th century and was the townhouse of the Möllenbeck Abbots in the Middle Ages. From 1651 on the Hessian- Schaumburgian government worked here. Today it is the remarkable museum of Rinteln. It offers different expositions showing the visitor a lot about the Rinteln and Schaumburgian history.
